Amazing service throughout

Tembo have been amazing throughout the process of buying my first home. My circumstances weren't straightforward, but Olivia was my mortgage advisor and she was so patient and helpful. There were several phone calls and updates over the course of a year as my circumstances changed and I was weighing up several different options. Olivia was always willing to run through the different options available to me and once I decided what I wanted to do she was able to secure me a great mortgage deal. My case was then passed to Chelsea who was super helpful throughout the rest of the process. This is my first time buying a home so I didn't know the steps or what to expect. Chelsea was very responsive, answering any queries promptly and linking in with the solicitors to keep everything on track. I would 100% recommend Tembo to friends and family and would use them again myself if moving house or remortgaging. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
