Applied for loan last year , the process was simple...

Applied for loan last year , the process was simple quick and easy to understand. I got a call from customer service who were really nice when inquiring about the need and reason for the loan. I also go follow up emails explain key terms , the do and don’t and most importantly, links for help if I had problems repaying. The process of receiving the funds were quick and the process of repayment is also simple. The web design for the repayment portal is simple and easy to navigate and understand.
