Its the transparency that sold it for me.

It was simple to get the information, it's very transparent. Login into my account has been easy. I've not needed to speak to anyone as all the information I've needed is on my account. I've enjoy this experience, funnily enough beacuse when people think of repaying a loan it's stressful Where's I've not found that, I've been given the option to pay it off early, and they celebrate that with me. The process was smooth and transparent

The process was smooth simple and most importantly it was transparent. I like that I was able to clearly understand what I was signing up for how it works and how easy it is to pay. I also like the txt reminder i got around Christmas as a reminder to help manage my account if i got paid early. Access to the portal is super easy too! Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025
