Triodos - Great Customer Service

They may be a small bank but they do the CS piece in exactly the way I want it. They're mostly hands off. The fees for each individual transaction work in the best way for my usage. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Best feature: pence per transaction.

They are a bank that was recommended to me by another director of a limited company. Their best feature is the pence per transaction. That reduces my company's costs to an absolute bare minimum. There are very few other banks that work that way. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Triodos are excellent and cost effective.

Triodos has a policy of charging for each transaction (some pence per go) that makes them ideal for my small limited company that doesn't do many transactions. Their customer service was truly excellent when I needs a new two factor device for the account. I've used Tridos since July 2015 and haven't looked back. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Tridos, the excellent bank you've never heard of.

They may have never been heard of, but their charging per transaction is ideal for me. They're truly excellent. The security model uses a dongle but that's ok for me. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
