easy to use, ethical

Very easy to use the app (and/or to log into the website if necessary) to withdraw money, check balance or download statements. I've not needed to contact them in recent years as have had no issues - and I could find answers to questions I did have on their website. Extremely inspiring to read about their other customers/who they invest in. Really feels like they "put their[= our] money where their mouth is"] and are doing their best to be a positive influence in a troubled world. They give regular clear updates and advice by e-mail about the latest scams. And still seem to provide a rate of interest that's broadly comparable to other products on the market.
