Seriously friendly, digital, ethical banking

Given their relatively small size plus bona fide and transparent ethical credentials you would anticipate the super lovely helpful staff manning support lines - which is absolutely the case - but the surprise is the truly amazing mobile app. It's packed with sophisticated functionality, intuitively laid out, the recent re-design is cool and it's locked behind super safe security. i actually LIKE using it! confess it was a stressful decision switching from the Co-op 8 years ago and took some time for a/c activity to unwrinkle but not once have i regretted it. The definition of friendly, prudent ethical banking

All customer service staff courteous, patient and knowledgeable. The app is fantastically user-friendly and security-focused. One of the very few organisations who have earned my trust in their ethics and admiration for their resilience over the years. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
