After 4 years I only wish I'd switched earlier

I've been banking with Triodos for the past four years and am so glad I switched to them. Their customer service is second-to-none, always prompt, professional but friendly and helpful. I'd worried that having to do all my banking via an app (or the web) would be a problem, but it honestly hasn't been. It's heartening to know one's (very modest) fees aren't being used to invest in arms or fossil fuels. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Happy to have switched

I've been with Triodos for the past four years and all my experiences with the bank have been positive and confirmed my decision to switch to them for my main current account. I have no need - or the money - to hold any other accounts with them. In addition to the practical day-to-day aspects of my account, I am relieved to know Triodos always acts, and invests its funds, ethically and in the aid of communities. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Ethical, Professional, Efficient and Friendly.

I've been banking with Triodos just over 3 years. They're helpful, professional, efficient and friendly. I am glad my bank abides entirely by ethical principles in its investments. In today's world of rogue petrochemical companies and arms manufacture this aspect of Triodos' philosophy is extremely important to me. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
