Triodos is an excellent bank, the updates to the app are really good, I enjoy the regular updates on how the bank is investing ethically and supporting interesting projects. Whenever I have needed customer support (very rarely) they have been friendly and helpful. Very much worth the 3 pounds a month to know that my money is making a positive difference. Triodos offers something which most other banks do n...

Triodos offers something which most other banks do not which is the knowledge that my money is being used for something positive, an investment in an ethical and fair world. I enjoy the regular updates telling me what positive and transformative impact my money is having without any additional work on my side. Triodos customer service is great, the people I have spoken to have been very friendly and helpful and I haven't had to wait hours in a queue. The banking app is easy to use and is constantly being updated and improved. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
