Triodos offers something which most other banks do not which is the knowledge that my money is being used for something positive, an investment in an ethical and fair world. I enjoy the regular updates telling me what positive and transformative impact my money is having without any additional work on my side. Triodos customer service is great, the people I have spoken to have been very friendly and helpful and I haven't had to wait hours in a queue. The banking app is easy to use and is constantly being updated and improved. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
