A fabulous bank

The online banking is intuitive and easy to use. Calls to Triodos are always answered quickly and by a human being. Advice on the phone has always been helpful. Foreign payments needs to be handled carefully - that is to say, make sure the payee has all the bank details and follows them to the letter - then it all works perfectly.
