40 Days to Process a £64 Refund

This company is a complete shambles. On February 9th, an agent named Ali confirmed in writing that my refund of £64.33 would be processed within 7 days. It is now March 18th—nearly 40 days later—and I am still being ignored. I raised a formal complaint (#14585298) because of the "Ali" failure. A second agent, Dreya, acknowledged on February 23rd that this delay was causing me significant stress, anxiety, and financial inconvenience. Her "solution"? Telling me to wait another month until March 19th for an "update." It is now the day before her self-imposed deadline and I have heard nothing. It does not take six weeks to click "send" on a bank transfer. This is a clear case of professional negligence and a total lack of empathy for the customer. They hide behind "8-week complaint windows" to excuse their own incompetence. WARNING to others: Do not trust their timelines. They will promise you a refund in 7 days and still be holding your money 6 weeks later. I am reporting this to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and escalating to the Financial Ombudsman immediately. They have had more than enough "patience" from me. Reviewed on: 19th March 2026

Not a bank they take peoples vunribikty to there advantage and exploit this. They fees are expensive . Poor customer service and long wait times. App is outdated and not even user friendly . The app constantly logs out. Not even got the card linked with Apple Pay which is a must these days (more security than the physical card. They rewards system is bad and they say offer things but never happens. They use fake marketing to hook people onto there scheme. They give out 10 thousand pounds in draws when they could invest better in staff better customer experience and other things that should be given to the customer .
