Great customer service but charges are a bit unfortunate

I have been a select account holder for 6 years with Natwest now. I have experienced such high quality customer service with them, great protection and banking at brilliant convenience. However over the years I have seen the charges slowly increase to a point now where it is a bit over the top for a payment to be rejected. If you can keep up with your direct debits then a fantastic bank to be with, if you struggle sometimes or need an overdraft have a look around to compare the ... Reviewed on: 29th April 2015
