Great app and an actual branch in my town! Staff in branch are friendly, professional and helpful and provide an excellent service in a diverse community. Good products with my account, insurances etc save a lot of time, money and hassle. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Im delighted to bank with Triodos.

Im delighted to bank with Triodos. Knowing their outstanding ethics makes it a pleasure AND the customer service is excellent - real people, friendly, professional and helpful. Good app, invitations to provide feedback and information about their activities (which take direct action to support people, animals & the environment) which I can actually believe, make this bank an excellent choice for me and anyone with a conscience! Really great in branch experiences - the staff are f...

Really great in branch experiences - the staff are friendly and polite even when busy and remember regular customers. They are the only bank in my town with a physical branch and that is highly valued int he community. They do close for linch sometimes and are not open on Fridays, but I think a little inconvenience is worth it, to support actually having a branch at all. It is especially useful for me as I am a yoga teacher and am often paid in cash. Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Excellent ethics and excellent customer service

I chose Triodos for their ethics and am very pleased that I did so. I have been invited to take part in research which informs their marketing, which is aimed at spreading the word about the availability of their excellent range of ethic accounts, savings accounts, ISAs and investment opportunities and am delighted to be part of something which is helping to create a fairer and constructive (rather than destructive!) world. I have also been very pleased with their customer service. Everything works well and on the two occasions I have had questions, my calls to customer service were answered very quickly, with very minimal wait times and have been efficiently handled by friendly, professional team members. . Initially, 4 years ago, my Triodos card was not accepting in a few stores, inc Tesco, but it is now. Triodos is consistently developing it's services, e.g. recently adding Apple Pay. Online payments are now faster and I look forward to further developments. The only thing that is a little challenging for me is that I can't pay in cash, but I am happy to work around that (paying into another account and transferring via that baks app) in order to be part of this movement. I highly recommend Triodos to anyone who cares about the planet, nature, animals and people, likes good customer service and wants a very easy way to make a positive difference.
