Haysto have been amazing and made our dream a reality!

Haysto have been amazing and made our dream come true, we had been turned down by 8 mortgage brokers, Tembo, high street lenders etc because my credit file had multiple defaults on from a few years ago and a payday loan from October last year. I contacted Haysto and told them that we have a house reserved and our going to be made homeless if we did not get this house, ( we didn't want to rent anymore as we have a young child and its dead money and the house we were renting was in a bad area with multiple issues affecting our health). We got passed to Ryan who passed us to James Francis and honestly he is an angel. He has worked hard and even worked past his finish time to get this offer for us, he went through everything which at the time was lengthy but it meant we only got asked one question by the lender, which was amazing!! He was so kind, reassuring and wanted it ot be perfect for us so we got the mortgage offer, we then got passed to Tia who was our case manager and between them all, James, Shannon, Tia and Anna, we received our mortgage offer and it was one of the best days of our lives!!! thanks to that team and their humanistic approach to lending, I am now able to fully purchase my dream house, I cant thank them anymore and will be and have been recommending them to family and friends and are so worth the money!! It took around 3 weeks in total from talking, application to offer!! Reviewed on: 5th March 2025
