My experience has been good generally, but I'm disappointed that I can no longer request transfers of money to my bank account by telephone or email and my nearest branch is inaccessible since the local agency closed down. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

I’m really pleased to hear that your experience with us has generally been positive, but I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by recent changes to how we process withdrawal requests and the closure of your local branch. I’m a little concerned to hear that you’ve had difficulties requesting withdrawals from your account over the phone, especially as this is a service we still offer. I regularly use the customer telephone service which is very useful as I am unable to attend a branch in person due to mobility issues. The telephone is answered promptly and the service agents are very helpful. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
