Vanquis are unbelievable in their customer service.

Vanquis are unbelievable in their customer service. At one point a couple of years ago I was struggling really bad with money and they helped me so much with not charging me interest rates etc. And then I found another job but I had to go from weekly pay to salary which meant a 7 week gap between payments. Once again they stood in and helped me waving interest charges. Never in my life would I have thought a banking organisation would be so brilliant in helping a customer.
