I've been a customer of RCI bank's for several years and always found the staff helpful, knowledgeable and courteous, finding solutions promptly. Their products are competitive and straightforward - no hidden quirks or unpleasant surprises - with a little reward for fixed bond loyalty. Reviewed on: 12th April 2025

Luckily I made my deposits when rates were at their peak, so my experience is extremely positive. Even when rates were less appealing, RCI offered competitive rates, albeit not quite matching the best. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025

Existing customers are not taken for granted.

Existing customers are not taken for granted. If anything the opposite is true. Interest rates have become more competitive. RCI is definitely included on my list of potential providers. Reviewed on: 10th March 2025
