Appalling service

Online service deteriorated following IT upgrade 6 months ago - only works with one browser; several useful features not longer available. Service over past two months appalling - online only available 9-5weekdays. Long wait (2 hours 8 minutes) to answer a phone query. Not possible to add new users to account. No info from Cafbank on when this will all be sorted. Couldn't recommend Cafbank to anyone Reviewed on: 22nd August 2026

Good interest rates. Excellent website - easy to manage my account online. Never had any problems in 5 years, so have never needed to contact RCIB with any difficulties Reviewed on: 10th March 2025
