They are so easy to deal with.

They are so easy to deal with. Application was very straight forward. Quick processing times and money was deposited quickly. I’ve never had any issues with repayments or their online portal and so have had no need to use their customer service, but no doubt that it would be great as well. I will say, the direct debit isn’t really a direct debit, more like a card payment and so if you’re like me, keeping your money in pots or savings, and your card is charged with not enough in, I do have to make a manual payment. But they don’t charge a late repayment fee for this I think as I do it immediately. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
