Benefits of Lloyds Current Account

I have been a customer of Lloyds Bank for over 40 years. In that time I have had many products. The standout has been a package current account. The monthly fee has more than covered the benefits which I have used. Plus an agreed overdraft, if needed and interest paid monthly. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Good Rates Over the Years.

I have been using RCI Bank for a few years. Initially found on trusted websites, I read their reviews with interest. After confirming they were covered by the FCA and FSCS, I looked at the accounts available. I was amazed at the range and I interest rates on offer! So I opened a couple and never had a problem at all. The Freedom account is excellent, good rates for unlimited instant access, allowing me to budget freely. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

Ideal for the Novice.

Decided to try stocks and shares ISA. Trading 212's platform enabled their cash ISA to sit within, thus allowing a seamless transfer between the two. Moreover, their rates were much higher than the High Street. Money is also protected by the FSCS. The fees are one of the lowest I've known. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

RCI Top Rates!

Had a couple of accounts with excellent rates. One fixed and still have their Freedom variable account. This still has a high rate for instant and penalty-free transactions, to and from. I use this to help me budget with my main working account. The RCI app is safe and secure. It has the features one needs. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
