I like the response to changing interest rates (up/down) in good time. Allows me better control of my money. Easy to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds. In all the time I've been with them (good while now) I have never had to contact the help desk. Sure that they are great but never had any difficulties. Would be happy to contact them if I had to do. With some other organisations you have to raise your mental strength before you pick up the phone. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
