I have always had a great experience with both using the website, app or speaking to a customer service representative at RCI Bank who have always seeked to improve the timing of transactions especially withdrawal's with being able to do this on the same day. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

Transactions via the App

I have always had a great experience with RCI bank with the timescales for transactions set out clearly so I know when to use the app for deposits or withdrawals even better now with same day withdrawals. The staff are also very helpful and friendly if ever I need clarity on anything that's not clear online. Reviewed on: 11th March 2025
