The app is really easy to use. RCI unlike other banks always answer the phone quickly and are very helpful. Their products offer good interest rates. If I need money transferred there is absolutely no time lag. Reviewed on: 13th March 2026

Really great service

I ordered correct for a forthcoming holiday from Tesco currency exchange. I selected to collect this from Tesco Superstore in Evesham. The currency was due to be collected after 3.00pm however I arrived at 1.00pm due to a doctors appointment. I was quite prepared to be turned away however it was a long trip home to then return. The lady on the desk went out of her way to find the currency, prepare it for me so that I didn’t have to come back. The lady’s name was Sue and she was brilliant. Reviewed on: 8th January 2026
