RCI Bank are better than any I have experienced

RCI Bank have provided consistently attractive products over some 5 years I've been a customer. Their 'on demand' rates are good (not the highest, but they are backed by an organisation in which I have confidence). They work to improve their offering (withdrawals are now quicker), the website is very good and on the occasion I called to change some details, my call was answered in 2 rings by a gentleman with immaculate English and fully conversant with everything to assist me. Delightful Differences

I've had to call customer services twice: no wait, immediate pick-up by a polite and courteous handler speaking clearly and understandably who resolved my issue within a very brief call - this is so unusual, it's one of the reasons I recommend them to friends & family, their rates are good too - not the highest, but I can understand their business model, unlike some of the other rate-leaders.
