An excellent easy access account, with efficient and easy management, deposits and withdrawals are quick and secure and accessed through a clearly laid out website with transparent and fair terms and conditions. Reviewed on: 6th February 2026

The website gives clear fair and transparent terms.

The website gives clear and transparent terms of account management, and not only gives plenty of notice (over 95 days) of any reduction in interest rates, but also increases in rates are applied immediately. Reviewed on: 6th February 2026

Clear and simple website and service

Clear and simple website accesses excellent services. Timelines for transactions clearly and unambiguously set out allow timely planning of finances. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2025

Clear and transparent terms and conditions.

Clear and transparent terms and conditions, unambiguously laid out. Very competitive rate of interest for a flexible account.. Crystal clear website for managing the account and clear timescales for transactions laid out for planning movements. Timely and clear notifications are communicated (e.g. necessary website or systems maintenance) so inconvenience is virtually non-existent. As such have vary rarely had to phone customer services for assistance. On the two occasions I have telephoned, the staff were friendly but still professional, extremely helpful and left no stone unturned in satisfaction.
