RCI recognises the importance of Customer Satisfaction

I have dealt with RCI entirely online and this has, with other organisations, sometimes presented problems. RCI however has been 100% user-friendly, easy to follow and efficiently processing actions. Where I wanted to make personal contact this too has been efficient. Customer satisfaction has obviously been important to RCI. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025
