A clear and easy to use app.

A clear and easy to use app. The one time I’ve had to ring with an enquiry (accidentally locked out of my account) I was able to speak to someone I could understand who talked me through the reset. This is not my best performing bank. I have other similar accounts with a higher rate of interest and one that also gives occasional rewards and bonuses which are very incentivising.
