High Standards

My first priority is always the interest rate offered and RCI is consistently competitive. I also value good customer service where operatives are knowledgeable, professional, friendly - and pick up calls quickly! Professional call staff are key

I have chosen RCI Bank savings products for a good number of years as they provide a competitive rate of interest and are from a reputable bank. However, the key to my decision is whether or not the staff when contacted by phone pick up the call promptly and deal with a query in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner.
