Fairly easy to use and very convenient.

Fairly easy to use and very convenient. I can do all my banking without having to visit the high street. As an older customer who’s not fully tech savvy, the frequent app changes are sometimes a bit disconcerting, but not impossible to understand, and there’s always the friendly customer service stafff ,willing to help when necessary.. Iwas very impressed when they picked up fraudulent use on my card and informed me before I even realized what had happened. Also excellent at recovering my money from an unscrupulous online Chinese company.! Reviewed on: 12th March 2025
