Review of the Atom Bank, Savings:

Good Customer Service and Excellent Reward Rate

I signed up to Atom after reading good reviews on Money Saving Expert. After feeling satisfied there, I decided to take the plunge and move my savings from my HSBC account which, while it is great as a bank, couldn't compete with the interest rate being offered from Atom. While there was initially a little bit of confusion between setting up a Rewards Saver Account (which offered a higher interest rate) compared to the general Saver Account, I was able to speak to an agent via the app "chat" feature and they quickly directed me on how to apply for the correct account. Staff are friendly and helpful and with the use of notifications from the app, I can instantly see any money added to my account. Simple and user-friendly interface. Highly recommend!
