Revolut- lack of customer service

Revout excelles at most things, depositing money, transferring between accounts and to and from other banks.m, foreign currency rates etc. The only negative thing I can say is that their customer services is extremely bad. I fact it is more or less non existent. If something goes wrong you are basically on your own and left to try to get things researched and resolved on your own. Reviewed on: 14th March 2025
