I Need further advice please..

I thought my DRO was going through ok but I'm now getting advised that most of my debts haven't been included. Reviewed on: 24th September 2025

Regarding the letters you're still receiving — yes, unfortunately it is normal to continue receiving contact from creditors for a few weeks after a DRO is approved. This is because it can take time for the Insolvency Service to notify them and for creditors to update their systems. Here’s what you can do if contact continues: • Send a copy of your DRO approval letter to the creditor who is contacting you, stating clearly that the debt was included in your DRO. • If the creditor continues to pursue you after being notified, you can raise a complaint directly with them and contact the Insolvency Service to report the ongoing contact.
