straightforward and clear

My experience as a Vanquis Credit Card customer has been largely positive. When I first applied, I appreciated how straightforward the application process was, especially as someone who was looking to rebuild my credit. The mobile app has also been beneficial for managing my account. It's easy to view transactions, set up direct debits, and get alerts. I’ve found the customer service to be responsive whenever I’ve had questions, and I liked that they were clear about interest rates and repayment expectations. Reviewed on: 18th April 2025
