Always helpful and reassuring; quick to respond to my questions when I need help on the app or things confirmed. The ability to put my pay into pots means I don’t go over budget each month. Interest rates for pots are also very competitive and I love the 1p savings challenge too. Plus the Threads account rocks. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
