They just make it really easy

The app's really easy to use, really convenient. Their flex account works a treat and I like the cashback offers that are available. They're really easy to add to the card and the cashback comes through pretty swiftly. I like being able to get my salary a few hours early - sometimes it's useful to have the option. Easy to split bills and make payments, esp to other Monzo customers. Their emails are easy to understand, which is no mean feat when we're talking about updates to Ts&Cs!
