Monzo - making financial services less rigid

I have financial products with numerous companies and have had with even more in the past. Monzo isn’t like anything else I’ve come across. Originally I got it for spending abroad, now it’s become my every day bank account and I’m looking to move more of my business to them in the next financial year. Their customer service is excellent; however, it’s rare that you’d need to contact them anyway. The app works brilliantly and it’s difficult for things to actually go wrong.
