Their service is very prompt, and most importantly they listen. I have had some issues with withdrawing cash abroad on a holiday, as I had reached my monthly withdrawal limit. I left my concern but they UK working hours. When I woke up ,without any back and forth, they had changed my limit and left me note to withdraw within the time the limit was removed for. I couldn't be more happy to be a Monzo customer. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
