MEDICAL EMERGENCY IN A JAPANESE AMBULANCE AND COULD NOT CONTACT ADMIRAL TRAVEL INSURANCE!: I wish to raise an urgent complaint. Since June when I took your travel insurance policy out, the expensive premium one, I have been unable to register or gain access via the app. I have tried several times and although admiral sent me the one time passcode, the same error message keeps occurring. : 1015/400 This is not on, I had a medical emergency in Tokyo yesterday and thought I was taking a stroke. A passerby called me an ambulance. And the whole time I could not make contact with you, blurry vision the lot, low blood pressure. I had to refuse a hospital because I couldn’t get you. I’d like this rectified immediately and get me access to my policy and app. What is the problem with it ? Create a password. Read the Terms and Conditions. Done . I was stranded for hours in Shangai airport

I was stranded for hours in Shangai airport and couldn't access customer services or request a first class lounge. Hours sitting in China for a connection home. The airline also changed my flight time to a later date. But I could not request or speak to revolut at all Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
