Monzo, by far, is the best banking experience I’ve ever had. Firstly, the user experience on the app is flawless, everything (from getting a loan to saving challenges) is so easy to navigate and a pleasure to use. Secondly, the communication from the team is quick, friendly and efficient. Finally, the level of detail (for example, seeing exactly when and where a payment was made) is unrivalled.
