Was very frustrating at times

Was very frustrating at times as it took so long to get through on the phone. I had to get authorisation to talk on my sons behalf on each department I spoke too as the departments don’t seem to be linked. Also was passed to and fro to different departments as no one was able to help me and the different departments didn’t seem to communicate between themselves. Also ring backs didn’t happen when they said they would ring. When I rang to find out why apparently there was no record of them having to ring me back. Once the application for the DRO was complete it was very quick but it could have been made a lot easier with better communication between departments. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
