Who needs Greg when you have Monzo!!

I love Monzo. It's simple yet thorough, quirky yet stylish and the service is personal yet professional. I couldn't ask for more in a bank! I've never had any issues that haven't been resolved quickly and efficiently. There is a human being on the other end of the chat function which makes the world of difference and I genuinely enjoy spending time on my Monzo app personalising my experience and making it work or me.
