Best bank, and it also has character!

I've been a Monzo customer for more than six years. I use Monzo Plus, Flex, cashback, and Pots, etc. The app is easy to use, and I love the extra features, such as categories, notes, and the receipt-adding option. I like the design. Making transfers or sharing costs is super easy. Customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I love the funny posts on LinkedIn. Best bank ever! Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
