Complete failure of lender.

Mortgage came to term. 25yrs not one payment missed. Full repayment. Underperformed by 25%. For four months have refused to explain the failure to perform. Send demand letters without making clear the final amount or giving the details to allow settlement - basic payment details. I have been begging them to write down, through their normal contact and their complaints process and I get nothing. Causing excessive stress., and they are still charging interest and taking a sm...
