Customer service comes first

When my mother and father both became vunerable they handled the processing of the power of attorney efficiently and when they both died they again processed the process efficiently. Their customer service is second to none. They are focused on customer service and not profit. One time I went in to the branch and the branch manager was on the shop floor asking customers if he could help with any queries and was veru busy with various queries. I can't imagine this happening with a bank. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026
