Good, but not without it’s flaws

Savings rates are usually one of the highest if not the highest which is good, but their prize draw account is a bit of a gimmick. Also when I transferred (instead of manually moving money so to avoid using my ISA allowance) one of my accounts (cash ISA) from them to another with higher interest at the time, it was deliberately difficult to find the account details to close and they also told me I could never open an account with them again after doing so. Seems very childish, given it’s an easy access and interests fluctuate all the time so I move money back and forth to whoever is the highest at any given time. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025
