My Mortage Experience with Vernons - Louise Banks

The resaon for my review is largely down to Lucy Burnside who epitomised great customer service in every aspect of my mortgage application. The stress involved in my application, which was under difficult circumstances, was completely mitigated by the customer service I received. Emails were responded to immediately. Conversations were acted upon and followed up by the reassurance of an email or further telephone call as needed. The friendliness and care extended to me by Vernon's and specifically Lucy made me feel like a person Vernon's cared about rather than did a business deal with.
