Great products but rubbish customer service

Apparently another company has taken over Aviva & I’m been hounded by calls from the company thats taken over. No one on the calls explained this is what happened so I’ve ended the calls due to fraud/scam concerns. The life insurance i have linked to my mortgage is s great product though.
