Contacted by RCI following an attempted fraud

Contacted by RCI. as someone had fried to access my account. I was also contacted by a credit card at the same time for same reason. RCI spent a lot of time on the phone reorganising things, adding foolproof identifiers, and advising on other action to take and who to contact to secure other sites. Totally stunned by the level of assistance provided and attitude of the contact I was dealing with me. Superb Reviewed on: 11th April 2026
