Saved from insanity!

For some reason, my password failed to work despite regular use. Being 83 and computer illiterate, I naturally assumed it was my fault. I contacted the RCI help desk and spoke to a most helpful lady ( whose name I unfortunately forgot). With great patience she enabled me to change the password. She assisted with text exchanges, and agreed that RCI script is sometimes too small to read easily. During all this long exchange, she was kind, supportive and empathetic with my dilemma.
