I am very satisfied with my triodos bank current account. Its got a good app, the debit card is effective, and I have had a good experience whenever I have had the need to contact customer support directly. Triodos provide excellent telephone support.

Triodos provide excellent telephone support. I get to speak to a real human. The mobile app is good, online banking is good. The positive impact ethos of the bank is very appealing to me and my approach to life. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

An Ethical Bank with great customer service

Triodosnis an Ethical Bank with great customer service. I want to know that my money is doing good, and not being used to fund organisations and groups to the detriment of people who actually live in society. They have a good mobile banking app, and a developing modern Web portal, with all the functionality I expect from a bank. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
