RCI - a very refreshing approach to banking.

I've found them very refreshing as a bank. It's simple to open new savings accounts with them . They offer competitive rates of interest, and have always been super quick to change the interest rate when the base rate changed - clearly that has benefited me over the last few years when rates were increasing. They have a great online portal to use, and they respect your choices about how you want to be contacted. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025
